Bernie’s Tune

This is a wonderful swing tune, we were inspired by Mysterious Travellers’ performance (linked below) to include this tune in the repertoire this year. With an A section chord progression reminiscent of Jazz Manouche standards ‘Bossa Dorado’, and ‘Paquito’, and a “I vi ii V” bridge in a different key… (a favorite compositional device of Django’s) …it makes the perfect tune to learn on the spot at the jam session!
